Kayleigh Hurst hate to be negative, but it’s not looking good I’m afraid. My situation is a bit different in that my cat from what I was told has been adopted out . That horrible rescue wouldn’t even discuss how I could get her back . And I’ve also been told that these rescues maintain some type of hold on animals if the people who adopt them can not keep them for whatever reason. As for the realtors. You’re probably right , many people just don’t care . Heartless individuals out there unfortunately. People have continued to tell me to just get over it and I want to , but can’t . When you lose an animal, dog or cat , whether by disappearance or death it stays with you forever. This came on the heels of losing a 12 year old German Shepherd in November as well as another cat to FIV a year ago . These losses cut deep and many people just don’t get it . Keep the faith and pray for the best . Since this happened I’ve followed many of these sad stories and believe me I feel for people like you as much as my situation. You have to be an animal person to understand
