The Ossining PD told me the dog I found was dropped off at the ASPCA.

I believe I found your dog this AM! I called the Ossining police department and they contacted animal control. Animal control came to pick her up. She wasn’t hurt. I tried to give her a banana but she wouldn’t take it. They told me they’d go check to see if she were microchipped. Please reach out to them! I called them at 7:48am this AM.
