Awww thank you! For taking her in and keeping cool and safe. Definitely has an owner. Checking for microchip is free at any veterinary clinic or petsmart or fire station. Please make sure whoever calls you can prove ownership. Please no shelter as the kill rate is way high.😭 Thank you again. 🐾🌹🏡
