This stray chihuahua has black brown white and tan markings. He was very skinny so much that I could see his spine. He had brown tears and was very skittish but when I took him some food he gobbled it up right away. He is gone now though. I don’t see him. I live on West Lilly Lane near Center Street, 76010.
