UPDATE: No chip. The emergency wait was 3 hours and they said he was walking ok so we now have him at our home in the garage (it has A/C). We will probably take to our own vet in the morning for evaluation. Found dog off Renwick and Jackwood - has been roaming Maplewood for the whole day. Male black German Shepherd. Took chicken from us and we are taking him to see if he has a chip and to get medical attention. He was limping and seemed in pain. Do you know this dog? He is in such good condition - nails nicely trimmed and everything.
