Next time you find the kitty turn her into animal control. They will fine the person. Elmhurst police should have given the owner a citation for animal at large as there are leash laws. If the cat is not microchipped bring it to Dupage Animal Control. I will never understand why [people allow their cats and dogs to free roam.

This was my post and I found the owner. Sadly they let her be outside. She was at my bird feeder but the area is busy with lots of cars and poisoned mice at the shopping center. She ran in my front door. People, please keep your cats inside ❤️ Elmhurst police dept told me to put her outside too. Very disappointing.
