Have you checked the shelters? 4/11 was two weeks ago- and if she was found, and on a stray wait, she will not show up as available on the website.

Put some clothing out that the cat likes to lay on as well as some of your clothing. Also, put some food and water out. Post pictures of the cat around the area and on the Nextdoor app. and Craigslist. Check the shelters. Check with the neighbors to see if the cat might be in their garage or shed. Go outside and open a can of tuna about the time you would feed the cat and call the cats name.
