2 small dogs - one is a brown chihuahua and the other a long haired black/brown and white dog
Message from Finder
No collars. These dogs have apparently been roaming the neighborhood for at least 4 days. Wagonwheel/95 - 89002 area. I tried to get ahold of them but they want nothing to do with me or anyone else that has tried to help. I finally lost sight of them after 40 minutes. I called APS as nobody has been successful in catching them. I do not have them in my possession despite my many attempts.
