I miss my Selina so much. She is a talkative, pleasant, and sweet cat. She doesn't like over petting or being held for too long. She is cautious and observant. Her favorite spots are in the trees, and when it's feeding time, she likes to be on top of the refrigerator. She sleeps with me mostly on cooler nights. We recently moved, and unfortunately, even though there are trees in the distance, only one nearby. Beside this tree, I discovered a culvert buried under vines and realized that there were many in the area. I pray and hope she returns.

Thank you for that tip. Late at night, around 11:00, I went outside and called her name. I could have sworn I saw two glowing eyes in the nearby grass, but I wasn't sure what I saw or if it was another animal. We are new to this area, and she stayed in the house for about 5 days before she went out. Truthfully, just before her, my pregnant cat LuuLuu also disappeared. My fear is that they went into the culvert nearby.

My indoor only male black cat got out once. We put out all the scents. Old blankets, our unwashed clothes, his scratch post, his empty dirty litter box, vacuum dust etc. My nextdoor neighbor would see him trying to return during the day while we were at work. Then get scared and run off into nearby woods. I started setting my alarm for 3am while it was quiet and go out calling him. Finally after 5 days I heard him crying in very thick bushes Nextdoor to our house. I saw his eyes with my flashlight. I had to literally crawl to get him. He was like afraid to move. I finally got him . They usually don’t travel far. They will hunker down close by.
