Denise Sam Pherigo Thanks Denise. The cat was reunited with its owner quickly through Dublin SPCA, thank goodness. I waited until the owner was contacted, on the phone and confirmed pick up. Yes Livermore R&R is a great resource.

Lost and found pets of North County Please see my comment below. Dublin SPCA is a no shelter and I took the cat there specifically because they work directly with the city of Livermore and to see if the cat was microchipped so it could be reunited with its owner. I would never allow an animal to be harmed. My lost cat is also reported with them and Livermore PD animal control. The cat I found was quickly reunited with its owner.
