This woman claims she was given this dog and has had her. She is Spanish speaking. The pup had no food or water till my friends brought some over. Please help get this pup to a safe place.

Yes, I saw her too and she had a sign that said, I’m from Peru and it was a cold day and the puppy had no food, It was May 30 in the same place .

Travel itineraries If you have a green card then you came legally so why would they do anything unless you are lying and came here illegally. Plenty of legal immigrants having interactions with police and are still here so stop letting the lying and fear mongering media lie to you.

Just an idea. Approach with a cop that has a portable chip reader to scan dog, see if it has owner. Then ask woman for ID to confirm.
