This woman claims she was given this dog and has had her. She is Spanish speaking. The pup had no food or water till my friends brought some over. Please help get this pup to a safe place.

Was anyone able to speak to her in Spanish? Or we just making assumptions. Because that’s what it appears.

Savannah Hinde-Seeley That is not the situation in this case. She is not harassing the homeless person. The homeless person is endangering this dogs life. The homeless person threw away the food and water that a good Samaritan offered it. The dog looks well groomed probably because the homeless person only recently came across it, or stole it from someone.

Susan Dee Sabrina Basquez Can you suggest what can be done to get this dog away from this homeless person? This person has also been seen with the dog outside of St. Rita's. Travel itineraries has witnessed the dog being almost hit by a car, and being roughly pulled by the collar. The person has been offered money for the dog, but refused it. They're saying that it's 'their baby " yet they continue to mistreat it. The dog had no food or water. A good Samaritan gave it some, but the homeless person threw it away.

Mary Sinacore Why would you doubt that? What type of dog do you assume a homeless person should have?
