If you see her again and if you speak Spanish, or with someone who does, please offer her money for the pup. We tried but she refused. She doesn’t speak English. I have $1,000 in cash right now but willing to pay more because I’m heartbroken about this puppy.

I saw her today around 12-12:30 in the afternoon outside of St.Rita of Cascia Parish over by 63rd and California and she had the same sign and the dog as well.
