Message from Owner
A neighbor's domestic cat (I'm actually NOT the owner, but am a concerned, helping neighbor) is on the loose in the Washington Oaks neighborhood. A medium-large, healthy, orange & white cat, Jiu-Jiu got spooked as her new owners, neighbors, and a local animal control officer were trying to corral it to bring back inside after she made a break for the great outdoors. The owners took in this cat just days prior, from out-of-state friends. The area is unfamiliar to Jiu-Jiu, and she is likely hiding in one of the many wooded areas surrounding the neighborhood, scared and confused. Please let me know if you spy a cat matching this description in the area. We want to make sure she is safe and return her to her owners. Thanks, all!
