Barbara Adams Yes I agree. It is a shame and very sad that someone could just discard an animal like this. I seen it when I arrived at my job this morning. Luckily I had a bag of dog food in my trunk. It ate but would not come to me. My coworkers have seen it running onsite before but we've never seen it close up to see the condition. And how malnourished it is. The other dog looks healthy that is with it.
