Jen Hopes Wallace I’m so glad she didn’t go far! I could tell she was blind and scared! We waited a bit to see if someone was walking to look for her then called the Newton PD! I figured someone would be looking for her! Just didn’t know what social media platform they would have so I posted on several sites! I hope she’s doing ok in the kennel at the PD! I know they are able to scan for microchips there so hope that was a fast process!!

Destiny Balk thank you so much! We are visiting my parents, between 14 and 15 street, and she found a way through the fence. Mitzi is 14 and has been here before but never loose outside of fence. We were so worried and your post seemed like a miracle. Thank you for caring about reuniting our dog with her family.

She is our dog. She got out from my parents fenced in yard last night. They will not let us pick her up until tomorrow morning. She has weighed the same since we rescued her at 2 years old and the vet says she is healthy every single year. Tara Hilsenbeck, thanks for your concern.
