I’m in Pittsboro. I lost my cat. I read online from an expert cat finder - yes she earns her living that way- that cats often come around in the middle of the night. They said to put warmed up tuna at a spot the cat may be familiar with around midnight. The warmed tuna makes the smell drift farther. Sit there quietly and wait. My son put the food out around 1 am and sat and played video games quietly waiting. The cat showed up about 2:30 and he was able to lure him with more tuna. I was blown away that it worked. I swore I’d tell other people whenever I could.
