Unknown Breed, Black/Dark Brown dog, Friendly. It just stopped raining and the dog was dry when it walked to me but walked off afterwards.

I believe this pet has an owner because the rain just had stopped and this dog was dry when it let me pet it. The dog looked well fed as well, and was hesitant with walking away with me but they kept walking. I really hope this baby gets found soon.
