Afton Tremaine I am confused. This post says someone found this dog and trying to reunite? I also see a courtesy post from CT Dog Gone Recovery Volunteer Network. So this OP just found this dog and then let go?

I believe she may have been abandoned by her caregiver so if anyone saw her recently with a person named Allen or Heidi Hemingway around both of the senior housing complexes on ward street in Norwalk please let me know
