Thank you for caring about these sweet dogs ❤. If you can kerp them contained and give them food water, and shade, that would be great. Most vets will check for a chip for free. Also, you could make big, in-your-face fliers and post them around the neighborhood. Check with neighbors to see if they might know who the owner is. Post on your local Nextdoor.com and the Humane Society website. Thank you!
