Kara Ceschini Please try sitting out at night on your steps. Sometimes it’s best to stay where you are and let them come to you. They may be close and hiding and will be able to hear you. Dress warm and stay outside for a while. Talk softly and calmly, and say Pepe‘s name over and over. Dress warm and plan to stay a while. This may take some time for them to come out of hiding as they are now in survival mode. Be patient. This works if Kitty is close. You don’t necessarily have to walk around. Stay in your yard and on your front steps or back steps where kitty is familiar. Do, this late late at night. That’s when they feel the safest to move around and come out of hiding. 🙏🙏❤️🐾

Norma Arthurs Thank you. and yes we have dirty clothes on the line and have been walking around at night when it is quiet to call him. Normally he comes running when he hears the car and when we call him. Not like him to stray far. I'm still hoping someone has him inside and possibly will let him go once it gets warm??? He has a cat door and is able to come in the house anytime he wants.

PLEASE READ. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. IF I HAD KNOWN THESE TIPS I WOULD HAVE MY FUR BABY BACK NOW! Go out looking for kitty. Start searching immediately. Don’t wait for him/her to come home on their own. Kitty is likely close by, may be scared and hiding. Take a can of tuna or smelly cat food with you or kitty’s favourite treats. Look under neighbours decks or steps but don’t give up. So many dangers out there such as coyotes, owls and not so nice humans. Kitty is counting on you. 🐾🙏 And...this is so important.....!! If you don’t find kitty today, go out late tonight when it’s quiet and calm around midnight or later and sit on your front steps or back steps and talk out loud softly and say his/her name over and over like you are reading a story book. Be patient it may take some time and more than one night but if kitty is close s/he will hear your voice and come out of hiding. This has worked for me a couple of times. Also leave a window or garage door open so they can get back in when they come back. Good luck 🐾🙏❤️🙏 Hope your fur baby makes it home soon. Don’t give up. 🙏🙏🐾🐾❤️❤️
