his name is Buddy. Went missing Sunday August 23 from Eastside neighborhood in Elizabethton. When I returned home in the afternoon, his collar was laid open on the ground, as if it had been taken off and we have not been able to track him down locally. I need to know whether he is found in good health or otherwise.
