I found him the day after the storm, dying. I dried him off and warmed him up, but he is very weak; he has no teeth, and his neck is shaved.

I think he’s an elderly little cat; I hope he finds his family. He’s going to the vet this morning so we can see what can be done; he’s in very bad shape—he doesn’t have the strength to stand up, and he isn’t eating or drinking water. I’ve been giving him small amounts with a syringe. In any case, for now, this will be his , and if he doesn’t find his family, I hope he can be happy here—provided he survives.
