I really have tried to find it's owner, or someone to recognize who it may belong to, posted on Facebook communities etc...we had him scanned for a chip and there is none. I cannot keep him. Please help me re-home him. This dog is so sweet, he is healthy & doesn't look abused, but seems so heartbroken.
