3 kittens all orange (there was a 4th black we weren’t able to catch) no mom in sight!

My partner and I are moving to Pennsylvania from Oregon next week so we really need someone to take these guys in, Oregon Humane wouldn’t take them because they’re under 2 lbs each. Please help find them a foster!!
