This may be my 4 yr old baby, Neo 😢 He's been missing for a year out of the pacific beach area. I always assumed he got abducted by some of the drunks coming out of the clubs in that area because he always stayed within our complex off Bayard & Emerald. He is micro chipped,(but at this point, I'm not trusting the chip) neutered, & both ears whole because I raised him from a kitten. Neo is highly trained on a leash, scales huge trees at at parks when walking with me.He used to follow me down the beach for my morning walks..and Neo can fetch balls or frisbee like a dog with certain command words & treat rewards. He is very skiddish but will come running to a treat bag.There is a reward of $1500 for his return. It is very hard to determine if it's Neo..unless I saw him in person. Black cat photos have been a nightmare to sort through 😿💔
