Black shepherd with red collar. Older with a long tail, but shorter than usual.

The attached image is of what they looked like, but I didn’t get a photo of the actual dog. Black shepherd mix with longish hair and a red collar, might be hard of hearing, was definitely older, could tell by the teeth. They also had a shorter long tail, kind of curly at the end. I didn’t have a leash and they were wary of me so I couldn’t catch them. Last I saw them they were headed south away from the intersection of Folsom and Valmont rd, and turned onto the creek path thats between Valmont and Mapleton ave.
