Torties with mostly orange spots instead of white. Very tiny as she's not even a year old yet and very shy so might be hard to catch. Please find her, I'm worried that she won't last long because of how small she is!

If its the Humane Society, it was already done before I even started searching for her myself. Also the storm drain did come across my mind, but I get cold so easily, even when layered, and I don't have snow pants so I can't even get to the nearest storm drain to me without possibly feeling miniature frostbite on my legs
