Katie Santacruz I'm sure he couldn't go far being that tiny. Do you have another dog? If so, maybe leash it and walk the neighborhood... maybe they will recognize each others' scent. Talk to neighbors who maybe have cameras that could have picked up what direction he went or if anyone picked him up. Wishing you lots of luck bringing him home. 🫶🏼

Poor lil' guy! Was he wearing a collar or harness ID tag? Is he chipped? Have you checked both the City and the County of San Bernardino's Animal Shelter's websites ? Put some flyers up around the area he was lost for those not on social media.
