Message from Owner

Oscar is loved by so many. He’s loved by people who don’t like cats! He has a wonderful that’s empty without him. He is very independent and probably wouldn’t approach a stranger. He is capable of fending for himself outside, but is warm and affectionate. Please call with any siting.

Safe return home for Oscar! He is beautiful! It has been a while since he is missing. Someone may have Catnapped him. Hope not. Put picture posters with a phone# up in your neighborhood and area. Check with Animal Control and local shelters as well. Walk your area and call his name, he may be hiding and if he hears your voice, will know your near by. Put an open can of tuna by your porch or door toward early evening, preferably with a blanket of his and check this frequently. Hoping the best for him.

Extra strength prayers he’s safe nearby (cats usually stay in the vicinity and are excellent hiders) and reunited with you very very soon - put his food and shelter outside your door and/or in your garage - diligently canvas the area with large colorful posters and flyers - contact local area vets, rescues, and animal control - cats are naturally adventurous and superb survivalists - don't lose hope

Check garages, sheds, under decks, in window wells, under cars and trucks, behind any buildings. Talk to neighbors. Could be hiding close by. Walk around area calling his name softly. Bring a treat. Do not yell or chase. If you can~put some smelly canned cat food/tuna outside in a safe place. Familiar scent items placed outside is also a good idea.
