Black, has a gash in right side of neck.

Starry is microchipped. He will be 4 in September. I have had him since he was 3 months old. He does a a sore on his right neck that was healed. When I last seen him the sore was bleeding again. He didn’t let me get close and ran off. I hope someone finds him. I know people can be cruel to black cats.
