Check animal care centers on 110th between 1st and 2nd in Harlem, make a lost pets report with them and check daily. Check all their locations in all boroughs, but the Harlem one is the main one. Call local vets, shelters, precincts in case someone found him and brought him in. Google and search social media for local rescues, not all have a facility and use those outlets. Hang flyers. Check found section of pawboot and check Craigslist and other sites that may sell pets. Good luck.
