Shared. If you have not already done all these things do them ASAP. If you have, do them again and go further in your search Advise Toronto Animal Services and check their website for found dogs. Also notify local vet offices, dog rescues, shelters (e.g. SPCA) and the microchip company if he's chipped. Post on Toronto and Ontario lost pet site and on lost pets on FB. Dogs will usually try to find their way home but will follow routes through their favourite parks and walks. See Pawboost for search and find suggestions and sample posters. Post notices between where he was last seen and home as well as in and around his favourite parks and walks. Walk/drive those routes checking carefully but note that its possible calling may scare him further away. Post notices in local store windows and on public notice boards as well as notice boards in churches, schools and community centres. Watch dogs for sale ads on Kijiji and similar sites and notify police if you think he may have been stolen.
