Description
Black or otherwise very dark large dog spotted on the road at around 9 PM. Lean build, pointy ears, long and thick tail. No collar, possibly obscured. Complete disregard for danger of cars, was crossing the street. Seemed relaxed(?), almost excited, mouth open and panting.
