Message from Finder

Found a blue parakeet while walking my dog this morning in front of the Waukesha Schuetze Recreation Center. Going to try to catch it before a cat gets it. 8:08 AM CST Update 8:34 AM. I have caught the parakeet and will be dropping it off at HAWS in Waukesha when they open.

I just saw a very similar bird at my bird feeder 70th / Montana area in Milwaukee. about 5 minutes ago. Sorry don't know anything about birds so didn't know how to catch him
