Found a blue parakeet while walking my dog this morning in front of the Waukesha Schuetze Recreation Center. Going to try to catch it before a cat gets it. 8:08 AM CST Update 8:34 AM. I have caught the parakeet and will be dropping it off at HAWS in Waukesha when they open.

Melissa Campfield your could be the one in my yard. Blue parakeet 70 and Cleveland. Message me and I can give you my address if you want to catch him. I have water and food in my yard. He came last night and again about 10min ago.

I just saw a very similar bird at my bird feeder 70th / Montana area in Milwaukee. about 5 minutes ago. Sorry don't know anything about birds so didn't know how to catch him
