My mother found this dog at the Daphne apmts on 1800 El Paseo St, Houston TX. He's very friendly and obviously someone's pet. No collar.

He is chipped and belongs to Aniyah T. We couldn't get any more information from the website. We submitted a form to the PetWatch website and are hoping to hear back from his family. My mother is keeping him safe for now.
