I spotted the pup while driving from Bonita Long Canyon Park toward La Mesa. The dog is located somewhere along this stretch, likely between Mile Marker 7.0 and Mile Marker 12.0 (spanning from Bonita up past the CA-54 East merge where the toll portion ends). * Time Seen: 5/26/26 around 3:00 PM.
