Kathie Birdwell I took her to the shelter to register her as a stray and have her checked for a microchip (she doesn’t have one) they gave her her shots and gave me flea and tick to give her and told me if they find the owner they will call me and if they don’t find the owner within 3 days I can keep her however I’m still trying to find the owner because I know if it was my dog I’d be heart broken but so far I haven’t had any luck finding the owner at all I have a bunch of people who want her but none of them are the owner and I’m not just giving her away. Her stray hold at the shelter ends tomorrow so if she was at the shelter she’d be adoptable tomorrow evening but I’m hoping that the owner will see one of my posts and get ahold of me so I can return her because she’s very well taken care of in my opinion

Kathie Birdwell it’s not his dog his dog is a male and has white on the face however they do look a lot alike and she’s not at the shelter she’s at my house

Deborah Kaye Smith first off I’m not just putting her back outside according to all my neighbors she was here from Friday until Monday when I brought her in and they were getting ready to call animal control so far she’s scared of loud noises so I’m sure the shelter would stress her out. She’s well taken care of at my house sleeps in the bed with my bf and we walk her around the neighborhood multiple times a day no one knows her.

Set this dog free so it can go home! It looks healthy. Feeding a dog that wanders by promotes roaming. Taking in a dog so the owner can't see it or call for it is not helpful. Hope you've walked all around the neighborhood with the dog & talked with neighbors. She would probably show you where she lives. Maybe you've done that. As someone mentioned, look through the Lost notebook at Young Williams Animal Center, & put your flier in the Found notebook. Best of luck to this nice dog, whoever is missing it, & you.

Please be careful who tries to claim, make whoever show good proof of ownership, There are Horrible Evil people out there looking for free Bait and Cult dogs, it’s a Horrible Death 😢They even send Teenagers and Wives to claim 😢Please be careful 🙏❤️Thank you for taking to YoungWilliamsAnimal Shelter , she will be safe there and owners will check there 🙏
