Message from Finder

This kitty has shown up at my outside feeding station numerous times recently. It does not seem feral but runs if I attempt to get close. Seeking owner in case it is lost.

In the instance of Cats: It is a kindness to try to trap any ferals and/or strays that you see so that they do not continue to procreate. This cat does not have a “tipped ear” (tip removed) which means the cat has not previously been trapped, neutered and/or spayed and released back to the area from which it came as a “street cat”. TNR is not an ideal solution but neutering and spaying of cats prevents further litters of kittens born to suffer life on the streets. Neutering probably would stop the male cat from spraying, which is essentially, territory marking. Please contact some of these Trappers to help the cat: Contact: http://www.c5-tnr.org/ The Las Vegas Trapping Girls (Cat Trapping) may be able to help: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1929843073802636/?multi_permalinks=7369475909839298%2C7369274796526076%2C7368204286633127&notif_id=1713791320635314&notif_t=group_highlights&ref=notif Also - My Feral Babies https://www.facebook.com/nathalie.medina. Their left ear will be tipped as a sign that they are a “TNR” cat. (Trap, Neuter, Release). After healing, the cat(s) are returned to the area from whence they came. Yes, not the best solution, the alternative would be to euthanize them all. By sterilizing the cats, breeding comes to a halt. There will be no new kittens to suffer life on the street.
