Joe Cain Thank you for seriously looking for her owners. Really if someone cares enough to put a harness even badly on a dog they must love her and want to find her. I sure hope so. I read somewhere that only 16% of dogs are ever reunited with their owners. I see that a lot of dogs that were posted on pawboost.com are often reunited. Try there.

Margi Magruder thanks! I've posted everywhere i could find and rode through as many of the surrounding neighborhoods as I could looking for Lost Dog notices. No chip and not spayed and no matches on any of the lost dog websites. She's with a loving foster family right now, but I'm still hoping we can find her original family.

Make an online report with lost.petcolove.org which post to the PACC website using facial recognition. Make an online report with the Humane Society. Check on the PACC website underdog that have been lost.

Put up flyers in a very large area around where she was found. Any vet will check for a chip for free.

Joe Cain Thank you for helping her. Do they know about pacc giving vaccines, chipping and getting fixed, since they are fostering her. She will have a lot of energy and cuddles!
