He ran out in front of me in Pomeroy from a side street. I stopped several times, as did others, to try to lure him into the car, but he kept running. The last I saw him he ran across Strasburg Road and I lost sight of him at the Stottsville Inn. I’m sure it was him because he had the red collar.

Seen running down valley by development maybe 20 mins ago heading towards the Pomeroy park running down the middle of the road. Tried to stop but kept running like it was racing a car 🥲
