he most likely doesn’t have any collars on , he might be skiddish because he is extremely scared, he has anxiety & freaks out over noises & people sometimes but, he might meow & rub up on you to get your attention too. he can be extremely friendly & demanding. he’s kinda small for his age as well. he’s not huge but he’s not tiny either. he’s in the middle i wanna say. he most likely won’t come around or out if its too much going on or too loud.
