Black and white (kinda like a cow) and has a gray stripe on its tall.

Message from Finder

The picture makes it look mean but they seemed very friendly and just wanted some distance. I spotted them in the parking lot on South 13th Street where it hid behind a fence for a little bit before hiding in the dumpster enclosure on South 13th Street.

I was the one who reported the cat. It's just one cat—I wasn't sure if it was a boy or a girl when I made the post, so I used "they" (though it looks like it might be a boy). I called around this morning and found out that one of the nearby businesses knows about the cat and has been keeping an eye on it. They said it showed up earlier this week and has mostly just been hanging around. They also mentioned that it looks like someone has been feeding it, which is good to hear.
