The collar says “I am Mamas. I am a sweetheart. I have a home. I take treats.” No contact information on the tag. It looks like she’s an outdoor cat who got lost. Very skinny, one eye looking infected, some matted hair, and a bit of a messed up tail. I hope her owner knows she is still alive! She was very sweet but I am not a cat owner and didn’t have treats to give her :(
