Message from Finder

Dog appears to have been dumped in our neighborhood. Roaming the streets for days. Once the dog was caught, contacted the owner of the microchip and not returning calls or texts. The Emergency Contact states he has not had contact with the owner in over a year. Would love to reach the owner or family of this dog. This baby was definitely loved. Must show proof of ownership to claim.
