Message from Owner

Please keep an eye out for my beloved cat! Kitten is an 8-year-old tabby who hasn't come home in a few days. She's quite skittish, so may be scared and hiding in a garage or a shed or under a deck or porch. Please contact me if you see her or have any information. Thank you!

Please place his bedding outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing front and back door with a can of tuna on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home enterence . You can also add some catnip in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors a picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call immediately. Go early in the morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. scare neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . Best of luck finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾

Shared. Note that two days is a long time to a cat so you have no time to waste, this is longer, if you have not already done all these things, do them now, if you have do them again and go further in your search. Carefully check around your home and property, focusing on small, hidden spots like closets, dresser drawers and hidden nooks and crannies, as cats often hide nearby when scared. Search all nearby shrubs, bushes and trees, window wells, garages and sheds. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same. Note that unspayed females can be chased by intact male cats and have trouble finding their way back home. Alert local vet offices, rescues and shelters. Advise local feral cat feeders who may spot her searching for food. Cats will usually stay near the door they left for a day or two before searching for food. In case she's hiding nearby leave her used littler and some food and water in hidden places near that door NOW and check this evening. See Pawboost for more ways to find and sample posters. Put a notice in nearby neighbours mailboxes, post on local notices boards, in community centres, churches and schools. Go out after dark bring food and treats, search a 5 block radius, stop periodically and softly call but do not make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owner as safe.

Get out and walk the blocks! Post posters in several blocks! They don't usually go far! Ask residents to look in sheds garages anywhere they can hide! Look up in trees where they go for safety! Look in bushes Join neighborhood groups! Best time to search is the middle of the Night 3-5 am Put a cardboard box with something with your scent outside! LOOK IN TREES! SHEDS GARAGES ANY ITEMS WITH A TARP on it

- [ ] The kitty is probably hiding close to home and scared. Call the kitty’s name softly morning noon and night. Late at night. Rattle a treats bag. Put out toys and food and water. Rig up a cat shelter - place articles of clothing and blankets that smell like home in the shelter. Posters work. Make posters and put them up everywhere with your phone number visibly on the poster. Ask for sightings. Don’t give up.
