So many of these comnenters personally know the owners. I suggest having the police do a report on animal neglect and have the police secure statements from all of these commenters who know the owners.

You can email this person - please encourage them to get this puppy help and not return!! This is what I emailed : PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THIS PUPPY TO “owner” By looks of photo he is obviously a victim of neglect and abuse. They starve fighting dogs so they are motivated when given a prey animal. This is a very bad situation
