Message from Owner

My senior boy Skunk has been missing since Friday. My family and I are devastated. Including our two other cats who have been meowing out the windows for their friend to come . He is so friendly that I’m nervous he went with someone and they want to keep him. I’m hoping if he is indeed with someone that they do the right thing trying to find his . He is the friendliest cat I have ever met. I miss him sleeping beside my head every night.

Milad Khakbazan that does look a bit like him. I used to live around there. Wonder if he tried going back to our old house. I went around there a few days ago but I’ll go back.

Can u also put up posters everywhere. Not everyone uses social media… also put his litter box outside… cats can smell their own scent from far away and follow it home!!!

Hoping your kitty returns. Consider using a soft 'wire'...

Lana Marie We have an enclosed porch that’s basically a catio. Somehow the mesh in one little spot got wripped from the wood right on the crease so we didn’t see it right away. I only noticed it when he went missing. 😭He goes for walks on a leash in our area so I’m hoping he has a little more info about where he’s going. Thank you for your comment I really appreciate you! Thanks everyone! ❤️🙏🏽

Keep trying the things listed... All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 If possible consider building a Catio - so much safer for kitties who like the sights/smells of outdoors. https://spca.bc.ca/news/how-to-build-a-catio/ **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight & look under every bush, under vehicles anything the cat can get to around the home. Eyes will light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed. Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of hers & yours, but NOT the litter box. Going out with a bag of treats calling her name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding. REPEAT! All the very best...

It may help to put out a piece of your clothing, one of his blankets, food and water. If that doesn’t work you may want to put out his litter box. Maybe the vet can give you drops for his eyes. Good luck.
