This little dog has been spotted roaming near the college and was seen twice this week. We were finally able to get him safely secured today. Does anyone recognize him or know who he belongs to? Please share this post so we can help reunite him with his family. I’m visiting the area and am not a local resident. If an owner isn’t found, does anyone know of a reputable no- shelter or rescue that could take him? Please message me with any information. Thank you!
